Bullied Before Being Bullied Was Even ‘A Thing’

Good morning my most Wonderful World Wide Family. I love you all so very much. You are Amazing. It is always so great to be able to talk with you early in the morning. You know, this month of December is the month in which we celebrate the birth of Jesus Christ of Nazareth; our LORD and Savior, on Christmas. I want to write to you about all about Jesus this month. I did however have this topic of ‘Bullying’ on my heart to write to you about, so I will do that at this time.

Dear LORD God Almighty, Maker of Heaven and earth, Jesus Christ our LORD and Savior and Holy Spirit. We love You LORD, the One and Only True God. We praise Your Holy Name. We worship You LORD. We celebrate You and Your birth, Your life, Your sacrificial death for us, Your resurrection and Your soon return. Help us to be ready for when You return LORD so that none of us will perish but we can all have eternal life with You.

The whole of nature sings a resounding praise to You LORD. The angels glorify Your Holy Name. We offer You ourselves and our lives as a living sacrifice to glorify You. LORD be with all of Your people and especially all of Your precious little children during this season. So many get depressed because they cannot provide the material presents that the world seems to think are so important at this Christmas Season. Instead LORD, draw us to You in a mighty way so we can focus on the true meaning of Christmas…YOU, JESUS!  Help us to want to do a lot more giving than receiving. Please keep Your angels around us and all of our generations. We thank You in advance. We love You and praise You, in Jesus Precious Name, Amen. Glory to God!

When I was in elementary school in the Midwest, I had to ride a school bus to school. My family moved from state to state approximately every 3 years so I was always the “new kid in school.” I tried really hard, but I never had very many friends. I was alone a lot.

I had one good friend though. We would get on the school bus together in the mornings to go to school and later in the afternoon to return home from school. There was never a morning when the entire school bus of approximately 30 children did not loudly laugh at and ridicule my friend and myself. They would stand up and point and make the same comments.

Kids can be so cruel. (Adults too.)  They would always make fun of  part of our anatomy. This causes body image issues and can lead to eating disorders, depression and worst of all; suicide. Since I was born in China; they would always call me “Gong”. For years now, I think it is so cool that I was born in China. I got over that bullying!

I was crushed every day before going to school. My friend was also hurt. Apparently this left an impression on me. ( Right???)  I am an adult and ……..quite  a few years older now and I am still writing about this. (Actually it is my first time to write about this.) We did not speak about this back in the day. We did not speak about a lot of things. We should have.

Doesn’t this make you wonder about the bus driver though? I sure do, now in retrospect. The bus driver witnessed this cruel form of bullying every single school day and did nothing. There was not even a phrase or name called “Bullying”. Thank God that we are all bringing this horrendous topic up now days, over and over. Thank  you for those who speak out. Thank you mostly for those who help prevent the bullying and restore the broken hearted people who have been devastated by bullying.

And I have to confess, (seriously…I have to confess), that when I saw a You Tube video of a High-school athlete stepping in and protecting a disabled boy who was being bullied by a group of high-school  students, I was glad that he stopped the Bullying! We should all do our part to stop Bullying. We should do our part peacefully and pro-actively.

I am not a “social-media type person”. This blog is as close as I have ever come to social media. If you ever read my very first blog; I tell you that the Holy Spirit taught me how to create this blog so that I could write about our LORD and bring Him glory across the World Wide Web. I can only imagine the pain that young people and even older people must feel when they are slandered/libeled on social media and these lies, or ever hurtful truths reach the multitudes in moments. God please protect our young people.

Young people please do not let what these bullies say affect you. Please do not post revealing pictures of yourself on social media, you are better than that. People should love you for who you really are, not who you pretend to be. Not who you “filter” yourself to be. Also please don’t pay that much attention to the pictures that everyone else posts because they are also filtering and sometimes pretending.

Be thankful about the very Awesome, Special, Wonderful Person that God created YOU to be. You have Destiny and Purpose from the LORD, God the Creator of the Universe and Creator of YOU. God bless you Precious children and young people of this generation. God bless and protect all of our generations. God bless all of my grandchildren for all generations and protect them from the negative wiles of social media and let them use social media as a powerful tool to bring the LORD glory!

BEFORE YOU WERE CREATED IN YOUR MOTHER’S WOMB..GOD KNEW YOU.

HE CREATED YOU WITH DESTINY AND PURPOSE AND GIFTS THAT YOU ARE TO WALK IN. YOU ARE WORLD CHANGERS FOR JESUS!

I have to go now. You are always in my prayers. I love you all so very much. Even most importantly, Jesus Loves You!  I will include more Bible Scripture about this topic the next time I get to write to you. God bless you always!
