M.O..B..#6 The Mosaic of Our Lives; God’s Light Shines Most Brightly Through the Broken and Fragmented Pieces of Our Lives.

Good morning my most Wonderful World Wide Family. I love you all so very much. It is so awesome to be able to speak to you all this morning. It has been a little while since I last wrote. During this time God has been doing exactly what He does as Jehovah Rapha, (the LORD our Healer); He has been healing and restoring myself and my family. Praise God!

Dear LORD God Almighty we come to You today in worship and in praise. We thank You LORD for Who You are and Whose we are. This is another exciting month in which You are celebrated. In November we expressed our sincere gratitude to You for all of the blessings that You always provide for all of us. Now in December, we celebrate and honor Your Son, our LORD Jesus Christ’s birth.

As Christ followers we get to celebrate You every moment of every day of our lives. We also receive the gift of Your Peace which passes understanding.  We all need Your Peace, especially during these perilous times in which we live. Our hearts and minds can be stayed on You instead of dire circumstances around us. Your Holy Spirit will give us strategies at such a time as this. You can use us to cause Paradigm Shifts in the atmosphere and the world around us. We will not live as victims tossed to and fro. We are Victorious in Jesus Christ!

Please LORD call all of these, Your children to You, so they too can experience this personal, intimate, glorious relationship with You every moment of their lives as well. Protect them all LORD for all of their generations. Keep Your angels around them LORD. Reveal to them their purpose and destiny that You created them for, and the gifts that You created them with. Let them know that we are the children of the Most High God. We are World Changers for You.

Thank You LORD for giving us Your Son Jesus Christ, born as a baby in a manger. He was born for the purpose of living a perfect sinless life and then suffering and dying for each one of us to redeem us from our sins so when we accept Him as LORD and Savior, we can spend eternity with You in Heaven.  We can also do our part to bring Heaven to earth. Thank You in advance LORD. In the precious Name of Jesus we pray. Amen. Glory to God !

OUR FATHER WHO ART IN HEAVEN, HALLOWED BE THY NAME. THY KINGDOM COME, THY WILL BE DONE ON EARTH AS IT TIS IN HEAVEN. GIVE US THIS DAY OUR DAILY BREAD AND FORGIVE US OUR TRESPASSES AS WE FORGIVE THOSE WHO TRESPASS AGAINST US. LEAD US NOT INTO TEMPTATION BUT DELIVER US FROM EVIL. FOR THINE IS THE KINGDOM AND THE POWER AND THE GLORY FOREVER AND EVER. AMEN      (I imagine this would be closer to the King James version. This is actually me reciting the Lord’s prayer as I always have since I was a little girl.) {Found in  LUKE 11:2-4}

You know, I am really amazed at how miraculously and rapidly the LORD is healing me this time. This has been the worst tragedy that I have ever experienced by far, and I have experienced many. I grieved for well over a decade after my husband committed suicide. The LORD in His mercy and grace, didn’t allow me to be incapacitated at the time. It was more like I walked through life numbly performing my many various roles on the stage of life. I tried to bring God glory but  I sadly think that I wasted parts of every day back then.

I have been determined to redeem the time this time and not waste it.  I know Who I need to count on and that is only God. I have prayed for an increase in His mercy, grace and faith to make it through this victoriously and not succumb to the devastation. Not only for my sake and the sake of my family, but also for those who may be watching or anyone, anywhere who may perhaps be reading my letters to you.  There are many, many  broken people in need of hope; in need of Jesus the hope of glory.

COLOSSIANS 1:27    …CHRIST IN YOU THE HOPE OF GLORY   (nkjv)

God will always meet us at our broken places in our lives. He enters into our shattered souls, our broken hearts, our demolished dreams, our severed lives and our fractured families. Through His Holy Spirit and His WORD, the Bible, Jesus Himself begins the reconstruction. He gathers the broken, splintered, fragmented pieces of our lives just like the broken glass in a mosaic.

He takes this disarray that makes no sense to anyone. He begins to skillfully and perfectly fit the pieces of our lives back together because He alone is the Master Craftsman of our lives. He does not put the pieces back together as they were but as they should be now. He invites us to partake in this process of healing with Him. He created us at the beginning of our lives and now He is re-creating us during this brokenness in our lives.

Jesus fills the cracks between the shattered pieces of our lives with His Perfect Pure Love, His Forgiveness and ability to forgive others, His Beauty for ashes, His Peace that passes understanding, His Patience, Kindness, Goodness, Grace, Mercy, Faith, Self Control and His Hope to carry on. In this new mosaic of our lives; He infuses more wisdom, more understanding, more strength and more compassion and empathy for others. Thus He re-creates us as we are to be now and not as we were.

God then shines His Light through the formerly fractured and now perfectly presentable new mosaic of our lives. And do you know what is now visible? Brilliant hues of colors replace black, bleak, hopeless darkness. Rays of His Light dancing here and there through the repaired places, through the redirected painful spaces with His Joy showing on our faces all because of His  Mercy and Graces. God’s new mosaic of our lives is now on display for all of the world to see and to draw all of the world to Him. It’s really all about Jesus.  Glory to God!

NEHEMIAH 8:10    …DO NOT GRIEVE FOR THE JOY OF THE LORD IS YOUR STRENGTH.  (niv)

ISAIAH 61:3  TO APPOINT UNTO THEM THAT MOURN IN ZION, TO GIVE UNTO THEM BEAUTY FOR ASHES, THE OIL OF JOY FOR MOURNING, THE GARMENT OF PRAISE FOR THE SPIRIT OF HEAVINESS; THAT THEY MIGHT BE CALLED TREES OF RIGHTEOUSNESS, THE PLANTING OF THE LORD, THAT HE MIGHT BE GLORIFIED.  (kjv)

GALATIANS 5:22-23    BUT THE FRUIT OF THE SPIRIT IS LOVE, JOY, PEACE, FORBEARANCE, KINDNESS, GOODNESS, FAITHFULNESS, GENTLENESS AND SELF-CONTROL. AGAINST SUCH THINGS THERE IS NO LAW.   (niv)

You know what? I think I am just about finished with writing M..O..B.. (Ministry of Brokenness). Don’t get me wrong, I miss my loved one so very much every moment of every day and I still shed tears. I am so deeply saddened but I cannot let this overwhelm me. For one thing, I need to help care for my grandchildren and lead them in the way of the LORD.

Until we get to speak again, remember I am always praying for you and I love you all so very much. Most importantly, Jesus loves you. God bless you and your families for all generations.

ISAIAH 9:6-7     FOR UNTO US A CHILD IS BORN,  UNTO US A SON IS GIVEN; AND THE GOVERNMENT WILL BE UPON HIS SHOULDER. AND HIS NAME WILL BE CALLED WONDERFUL, COUNSELOR, MIGHTY GOD, EVERLASTING FATHER, PRINCE OF PEACE. OF THE INCREASE OF HIS GOVERNMENT AND PEACE THERE WILL BE NO END.   (nkjv)                Let’s celebrate Jesus Christ!
